You can return your babocush for a refund within 14 days of the date on which it was received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that was used for purchase. Please note, we cannot refund the delivery cost and a re-stocking fee of £10 will be deducted from your refund.

You can make your own return arrangements through any carrier, however we recommend that you use one that can provide you with tracking information. Please note, until the parcel reaches us safely, the item and its condition lies within your responsibility (we do not provide return labels, returns are at your own cost).

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the outer brown box and accompanied with original proof of purchase.

If your return is soiled, shows signs of wear and tear or is not in the original box and plastic bag, complete with instructions, it will not be accepted for a refund.

We cannot accept returns that have been used or soiled.

If your babocush is not returned to the correct address, it will be shipped back to you within 10 – 14 days.

All babies are different but we have found that the earlier your baby is introduced to the comfort cushion, the better, which is why we recommend it for newborns who have been used to the sounds and comforts of the womb. With the unique mattress position, your baby should settle easily. For best results, turn on the vibration and heartbeat before placing your baby on the cushion.

The cushion gives your baby tummy time in a very natural, comfortable position and as long as the safety instructions are carefully followed, your baby can stay on it for as long as they are comfortable to do so. Never leave your baby unattended when on the babocush cushion and always ensure their head is facing to the side.

Do not let your baby sleep on the cushion. Sleeping on their front can pose a suffocation risk and is thought to increase the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), according to the NHS Guidelines on SIDS. The cushion is intended to provide relief from colic and reflux, to help settle fractious babies and to provide tummy time in order to help prevent flat-head syndrome and other associated problems. Never leave your baby unattended on the cushion. You will find your baby will be so content that they may fall asleep. If this happens, please place your baby in their cot or crib to sleep.

If you’re feeling frazzled and worn out, the cushion can give you a short break to spend one on one time with the other children, eat dinner with both hands, drink a coffee while it’s still hot, go to the toilet or have a shower etc. (your baby can rest happily on the babocush in the room with you).

You may find it useful to place a muslin cloth or bib under your baby’s head area in order to catch any spills and to save having to wash the outer cover as often.

Unzip the babocush outer cover, remove the mattress protector and machine wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry.

Babies aged from tiny premature up to around 6 months old or 21 pounds / 9.5 kilos can use the cushion, although after 3 months, your baby will look rather large on it. The sooner your baby uses the cushion the more they’ll love it.

The Cushion has 2 adjustable straps that can be fed through the fastening hooks on the sides of bouncer to secure the cushion safely. Adjust the tightness so it feels secure. 

The bouncer is suitable for babies up to 9kg or when the child can sit up or walk unaided. You can also use your own judgement to decide when your child starts to look too big for it. Then you can reverse the cover and use the Toddler Chair feature up until your child is 13kg or around 2 years old. 

Unclip the elastic ties at either side of the base of the cover and slide it off the metal frame. Machine wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Wipe down the metal frame with anti-bacterial wipes or a damp cloth if necessary. 

Unclip the elastic ties at either side of the base of the cover. Slide the cover off the metal frame, flip over and then slide back on with the mesh chair side facing upwards. Reclip the elastic ties. 

The new-born comfort cushion can be used on any of the inclines that your little one feels comfortable on. The highest angle replicates best the position you might hold your baby in when burping them, however if they feel most settled when they are lying more flat across your tummy, then the lowest angle may work better.  

When using the bouncer without the comfort cushion, we recommend using the lower position for younger babies so that they can lie comfortably in a more reclined position. Make sure you check the safety harness is tight enough so that they don’t slip down. The middle position is best for when your baby can hold their head up and the highest position is best for when your baby can sit up without assistance. 

Push the red lever towards the back of the bouncer to release the lock. Slide the grey height adjuster to the optimum height you prefer, lower the metal bar into the selected height spot. Push in the red lever again towards the back to lock the position into place.
