How do I replace the batteries?

The control box requires 2 x 1.5v ‘C’ batteries.

To insert / replace the batteries: The control is located under the cover along the top edge of the comfort cushion. Pull it firmly to remove it from the mattress. Undo the battery compartment by removing the screw and gently opening the catch. Fit batteries into the space provided, ensuring they observe the correct polarity (as shown on the product). To close, click the cover back on and replace the screw securely.

Can I use the control box in my baby’s cot / crib, pram or anywhere else?

Yes, you can take the control box with you wherever you go so your baby can be comforted by the vibrations and heartbeat sounds when you’re out and about.

How do I clean the control box?

The control box can be wiped clean with mild detergent on a damp cloth. Do not submerge the control box in water.
